Q: What currency are your prices listed in?
All prices on this site are in New Zealand Dollars. ($NZ)

Q: Is this site and payment system secure?
A: Yes: we use the highest form of security available for online banking and payment. Both DPS and direct banking payment are very secure.

Q: Will my order be sent discreetly in plain packaging.
A: Yes it will be sent in an opaque NZ Couriers courier bag.

Q: Does the freight cost cover everything?
A: It covers picking, packaging, freight costs and tracking in New Zealand.
If for some reason the wrong product was sent or is damaged in freight we will send you new product at our cost. If wrong product is sent and we need to courier it back it will also be at our cost.

Q: There are two ways to ship to Australia and the pacific, how does this work.
A: There is a priority shipping option which is sent by New Zealand Post and is for urgent deliveries. It costs more, but will be to you in less than 3 working days and will be tracked.

There is a NZ post tracked courier which is non-urgent and generally will take 4-8 working days

Q: I have heard customs sometimes check packages?
A: Yes they do: Australian customs do often check parcels. They can and do hold the orders for up to 10 working days if they choose too. We cannot do anything about this, but by tracking it, we know where it is. Sometimes they can delay orders.

Q: How are the orders shipped within New Zealand?
A: They are posted and tracked by NZ Couriers, and should be delivered within 2-3 days of ordering (Rural delivery may take longer)

Q: What happens if I change my mind before I receive the product?
If your order is cancelled before being picked and shipped, a full refund will be given.

Q: What happens if I do not receive the correct items, or my items are damaged when I receive them?
If for some reason the wrong product was sent or is damaged in freight we will send you new product at our cost. If wrong product is sent and we need to courier it back it will also be at our cost.

The credit card you used for the order will be credited or it will be refunded back into your chosen bank account.
  • We do not refund the freight or shipping costs
