Anchovies, consomme, Brains, Gravy, Goose, Herring, Heart, Sardines, Roe, Mussels, Yeast(as a supplement), Mincemeat,Kidney, Mackerel, Meat extracts.

The not so bad:

Spinach, Dried Beans, Shellfish, Lentils, Mushrooms, Dried Peas, Meat, Fish and poultry except mentioned above), Asparagus
